Hi there, I'm Carol from Las Vegas, NV. I am primarily a portrait photographer (modern school photog & senior photog) although I do some product photography occasionally. I joined the digital world in 2008 or 2009 with a Rebel XT and an 18-55mm. Grew into a 50D then a Canon 6d, but ended up switching to the dark side (Nikon) in 2017 because I couldn't afford the Mkiii and desperately needed an upgrade. I'm still on the dark side but anxiously itching to get back to the Canon side. I plan to switch when my spring season is over. DPReview is/was such a fabulous resource for photographers, it makes me so sad what's happening to it.
For fun/therapy, I often photograph flowers in macro. I love using vintage lenses, especially my Arsat 80mm f/1.8 and Cyclop 85mm f/1.5.
