Importing raw files.

I seem to be having a problem importing my raw files from my cf express cards.
Normally I place my cf express card into the lexar externally reader open the folder & view each pic in photos before I import to ps.

Now for some reason they don't open properly so now resorted to txfring them to pc first which is moving very slowly.

Anybody having simular problems ?

I do not have any issues. Typically, I use a Delkin reader and import into Lightroom. Generally I just import all the files, then cull and edit after import. You might try another card reader to test if it could be your reader, or, possibly your card has flaws?

Am I doing something wrong? I use the supplied cable from camera to MacBook Pro and import using LRC. No problems. Thought about buying the reader, but not needed. Or is it?

This is a good alternative to using a card reader. If it is working for you keep doing it.
