Good topic. I bring my R5 body and a 100-500 canon lens. I also carry my 800mm f11 in hopes that the light will come up enough. I carry loose my tripod- man do I shake don't know why. In my pocket an extra card and battery. I suppose I should actually pack up a bag but most of my outings are to local lakes a little while before I have to go to work

Right now my pack is too heavy so I'm thinking of not carrying everything....

Right now I have this in the bag...
2x Camera Bodies (R (battery Grip), RP)
Sigma 150-600 + 1.4 Tele + EF/RF converter
Canon RF 15-35 f2.8
Canon RF 24-105 f4
Canon RF 35 f1.8
Canon FR 50 f1.8

Filters for Lens above (Polarizer/ND) (UV is always on the lens)
2x chargers
4 spare batteries for R
3 spare batteries for RP
4 SD cards 128GB - with holder

Tripod

Water Bottle when hiking
Laptop / cables / charging cables when traveling

So right now I'm thinking shedding the two prime lens at a minimum.
