Our local community rodeo was this past weekend. Compared to the big one held down in Houston, this is a real deal and more like a small town event. Tickets for the rodeo and the country western concert were only $28 and that included parking! The rodeo events ran just over 2 hours and as I, and my friend who came along are not big music fans we left before the concert began. The arena is big enough for several types of events, chuck wagon races were a bit cramped.
