I just did a check at Adorama for RF lenses. They list all the native Canon lenses as well as lenses from Rokinon/Samyang. They also list some lenses from manufactures I've never heard of such as Venus Laowa, Meike, Mitakon Zhongyi, 7artisans Photoelectric among others. Check this link: https://www.adorama.com/l/Photograp...Lenses?perPage=75&sel=Lens-Mount_Canon-EOS-RF
Has anyone ever heard of these lesser known manufactures?

I own several of the Venus Laowa lenses. They generally make niche lenses of novel design. Specifically, I own the 15mm f/2 Zero D and the 24mm macro probe. Construction quality is good for the price. Not Canon L glass but does the job. Prices are much lower since they tend to be manual focus lenses. I've looked at Meike and Mitakon and my perception is that they are low cost imports trying to fill a need at the bottom end of the market. Adorama and B&H have frequent deals on these manufacturer's products.

Thanks for your insight. It's something to consider as I attempt to build my RF lense inventory.

I've seen most of them. They sell stuff on UK ebay. I usually filter searching to UK only so only see your list in the adverts below the lots. When I have looked in detail they seem to be primes in manual only. Never bothered to see if any in your list have had independent reviews, nonidea of their quality.

BTW, did you know Viltrox make lenses? I use their adaptors, very good quality 1/5 cost if Canon
