This photo is of three colored 9” x 12” x 1/16” Black/Green/Red) foam pads in the foreground and a white cardstock as the “distant” background.
I wanted to include a nice curve along with straight lines which involved bracing, blocking, along with blue painter’s tape. I chose ambient lighting from left and right and incorporated directional shading and defusing. I used a shallow depth of field because I did NOT want sharp crisp lines.
