I have had my R100 body for a few months now. I'm sure I will upgrade someday, but it does everything it is supposed to do well and has met my expectations. I have no regrets.
One thing routinely annoys me. I have large hands, and with the smaller R100 body, I frequently bump the Flash Button with the heel of my hand. I rarely, if ever, use the flash. I recently found a solution, and the problem has been eliminated! On some camera function buttons, Flash is one of them. In the options to reassign functions, there is a NONE option. This effectively disables the button. This may help someone else.

Steps to Reassign or Disable the Flash Button
- You can go to the camera's menu.
- Navigate to the Custom Functions (C.Fn) section.
- Select Custom Controls.
- Choose the directional pad button (the right button controls flash).
- Assign it to "No function (disabled)" or another function you use more frequently34.
