Canon Adds EOS R50 and EOS R8 to the Growing EOS R Mirrorless Camera System

Plus, image storytelling through R-mount lenses is ramped up with additions of the new RF-S55-210mm F5-7.1 IS STM and RF24-50mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM lenses

Canon's R Series is growing very nicely right now. Possibly the R5 Mark II next? It's just a shame that Canon is restricting third-party lenses.

Agree on both including third-party lenses.

You beat me to it, @Bear . I am thinking it won't be long until Canon retires the M line of mirrorless cameras and lenses and also the R and RP.

the talked about high MP canon sometime you would think theyve got enough cameras in there line up.
My r6ii will do me for years and trusty knockabout rp which travels around the farm with me has its place for me.
Different cameras yup.

A good lens for what it does, with it's drawbacks
I have had this lens since it came out and it is my lightweight go to lens for walking around in the city and using my infrared-converted camera...
