I downloaded a "Creative Commons" photo and printed it. After attaching it to cheap cardstock I propped the photograph as perpendicular as possible on the kitchen table.
From there, it was a matter of lining the Kodak Brownie Target up in the view finder. The photo required a very shallow depth of field so I used an 11mm extension tube.
Lighting was a huge challenge. There are three lights involved: The Key Light for the printed picture did not light the Kodak Brownie. After much experimenting holding a led light in each hand I found acceptable angles: one straight on from the left and the other front/right with more elevation.
Another problem was the hand held light were too bright. This was solved by folding parchment paper and holding it in front of the lens of each light.
Final problem was solved using the 10 second timer. Press the shutter and quickly pickup the two lights along with the folded parchment paper and hold at the correct predetermined position.

Sidenote: I started disassembling the vignette when I remembered I wanted to take a behind the scenes shot for memory. You will notice it is definitely NOT a 70-200mm lens!
