Hi All,

I just converted from a Sony user to a Canon R5 user and I've loved it. I am running into an issue with video files from my R5 though, and I cannot find an answer for it.

On any given shoot, I'll have a handful of clips that have glitch lines across them. I have no idea what is causing it. Has anyone else experienced this? Or have any idea what can cause this?

I've attached some photos of what I see and a small video clip from a family birthday party I shot as an example of the error. (I blurred out faces for privacy as these aren't my kids)

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Canon R5
Firmware 1.6.0
AngelBird AV Pro SE CF Express B card
error occurs in all 4k modes (24fps, 120fps, HQ 24fps)

Thanks!

I'm not on expert on video Taylor so I'm not sure either. I'd probably rule out the memory card first by trying a different card, what card were you using here? If that's not the issue I'd definitely be contacting Canon support as it doesn't look right at all.
