I did a search before posting and didn't see this discussed (at least I couldn't find it).
Some of you may already know this, but for those who don't, it has been oft reported that the Sigma 150-600 experiences an annoying focus pulsing issue (when used on an R-body camera, e.g., R, RP, R6, R5, etc), mainly when shooting subjects that are relatively close. Anyhoo...
For anyone interested, if you were not already aware (and I know some of you are aware), YouTuber Duade Paton has a video in which he goes through some settings (provided by one of his subscribers) for both the camera and the lens (dock is needed for Lens settings) that greatly reduces this pulsing effect. It doesn't eliminate it completely but it does make it much better. I have tried his suggested settings and found them helpful.
