As I've got the LAWOA 85mm Ultra macro lens to have a play with now - its just 78mm long and weighs around 250gm - so nice and light for on the R10 body.

Just given it a trial run - need more practice yet.

Yes Frank, a full manual lens.

The R7 and 10 have a very interesting Manual Focus system (display wise). Compared with the Sony and Nikon system I like it better.

For example in the Sony cameras all you get is a red highlight like the one you see in the Canon Rs but nothing else, in the canon system you have the arrows getting close and the box all of them getting green when you are in focus, all that helps a lot.

Overall, the Sony software included in the cameras look like half cooked if you compare it to Canon or even Nikon.
