Would just like to mention Topaz DeNoise if you are unaware of it.
I am now shooting at ISO's higher than I have ever used before to get the shutter speeds for bird shot's
The R5 in conjunction with DeNoise is remarkable.

The Deep Prime NR in DxO PL4 is great (maybe a little better) also.

Agree about Topaz Denoise. Here my recent example of a 12,800 ISO on my Sigma 150-600C.

looks great, I have not used DeNoise on people yet.

Denoise is super. I tend to push the ISO when I'm out hiking and not carrying a tripod so it's invaluable. It seems to only be getting better and and better. Well worth the cost I think.
