Can I reformat an SD card that was used on my Sony A6000 and use it on my R6 Mark II?
 
Yes, make sure you reformat it when you put it into the Canon camera or there might be issues.
 
Yes. Just make sure you format it in your R6 like Chris says. Sometimes the camera might not detect a memory card when it has been formatted in another camera. If this is the case deleting all of the files/folders from it on your PC will normally do the trick and then allow you to format it in camera.
