Canon R6 I Best SD Card for R6?

Just got my R6 as a backup camera and forgot that it only took SD cards. What are the favored SD cards for it? Speed and reliability? I have old San Disk Extreme pro's, but they are slow, so I'm guessing I have to get some new ones and if I'm buying I might as well buy right the first time.

I use the Prograde Digital UHS-II V90 cards and they are good and fast. Work for 4k 60 video as well. Got a two pack on sale at B&H.

I have a R6 Mk II and a SanDisk Extreme Pro 200MB/s SDXC-I card. These sell for about $23.
The Extreme Pro 300MB/s SDXC UHS-II card is $130.
Do you know if the difference is just going from 200 to 300MB/s or is one slower and faster than those numbers would imply?
