Reminds me of Ghost Pipe, as it is non-photosynthesizing as well. We have a few that occasionally pop up in our fir grove. While yours is a 'shroom, the Ghost Pipe is a plant.

@josephandrews222, here is... sort of, what Ghost Pipe looks like. This is an in-camera double exposure at 15mm with an RF 15-35 f/2.8 L and then change ed to an RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 at 500mm for the second shot.
