In thumbnail, that second shot looks like a helmet! Gray and blue exterior, visor, bright throttle controls are the nose, not 100% sure what the yellow things are yet.

Hi Anton,

I believe they were seat covers - I’m not particularly technical, but did I try to avoid touching anything labelled ‘eject’… :)

(We visited IWM Duxford last year and saw an English Electric Lightning - a UK single seater fighter - in which a hapless engineer managed to press the wrong thing at the wrong time and ended up taking off. The story ended happily as, somehow, he managed to land it again!).
