Hi folks,

Brain fog tonight.

What does THIS do?

CanonEnable.jpg

AND, I swear I recall there was a faster way to change shooting modes rather than the Mode button which i find inconvenient and withoiut mapping MfN to change those modes. Am I imagining that one?

Thanks.

OK, turns on Subject Tracking. Not intuitive :)

  • Bob, what camera are you using?

  • On the R5 (mk1 & mk2) the M Fn button can be used to move through the modes: C1—>C2—>C3.
    • One is not forced to scroll through the modes that aren't used.
    • It's the perfect way to restore exposure and drive settings to their defaults.
    • I am fully committed to using this feature. Brillant!!

Sorry - R3.

I did say "without mapping MfN to change those modes.", David. I use that for other things I find useful. Or more useful. I somehow think there was another way, but easily could be wrong.

That is the only thing I really miss about my R5.
