Western diamondback rattlesnake up close and personal.

I was walking around looking for something to photograph when I remembered that it is important to scan not only left and right, but near and far as well. It was approaching the end of golden hour and about 25 feet was my little friend.

500mm is not enough lens for me. I am only afraid of two kinds of snakes, live ones and dead ones.... :ROFLMAO:
