As some of you already know I also run a memory card store here in the UK.

I'm currently offering the Delkin Devices 512GB POWER 4.0 CFexpress Type B Memory Card for £148 reduced from £189.

This is the same price as on Amazon but forum members can also get an additional £20 off each card with the discount code: RFSHOOTERS-DC512

Just let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers,
Tim

Hey Boss - these cards okay for the R1? have the 128's at the moment and you can never have enough storage ;-)

I've not tested them in the R1 yet David but I see no reason why they wouldn't work.

However, if you want the best performance then the BLACK version has a sustained write speed of 2060 MB/s vs 820 MB/s for the POWER card. So in theory this should clear the buffer faster but because the R1 can't take advantage of the faster CFexpress 4.0 speeds in camera there probably won't be a big difference between them. I do plan to rent an R1 to test them sometime soon.

Here's a link to the BLACK version and you can use the discount code RFSHOOTERS-DC325 for £30 off. Let me know if you can find them cheaper in the UK.

I have 2 of these at the moment -

Delkin Devices 128GB POWER G4 CFexpress Type B Memory Card

Not had any issues and to be honest - not shooting video or 'machine gun' shooting I don't get anywhere near filling them. Will hold fire until you test them out (unless you want me to test them for you ;-) ) Hey gotta ask lol.

The Delkin cards are normally pretty decent, it's hard to go wrong with them. I hope to hire an R1 in the next few weeks to run some tests, but juggling 10 millions other things at the same time as usual :)
