Took this on Sunday, June 19th from the Bird of Paradise plant on my lanai. Saw the new flower when the sun was harsh. Then the afternoon clouds moved in and evened out the light. Processed in Lightroom and Photoshop.

Very nice. This reminds me of a problem I often have. Many flowers grow best in full, bright, unfiltered sun but they photograph better when there is some reduction of the full, harsh light.
