I spend a lot of time in TRNP shooting the local natives. Gives this 75 year old a chance to get out of the city. Saw a pic in Nat Geo of a wolf and wondered if I could crop a full body down enough and have it still hold together. Had a couple that I thought worked, hard to tell with my eyes.
Shot with a R7. First one cropped to 946x631, second one at 1363x908.

Fast, sharp, and lightweight! A great lens
This is my main workhorse of a lens and I love it. It's very light weight (only around 2.3 lbs) lens. I've been able to hand-hold it for an event...
