Hi Everyone

I've been a Canon user since having an AE-1 many years ago, currently have a 70D. Joined this group in anticipation of buying an R6 when I can get hold of an EF-EOS R adapter - can't justify replacing my EF lenses at the same time. Does anyone have any experience with non-Canon EF-R adapters being sold on, for example, Amazon - they seem rather cheap?

Regards to all.

Graham

Since my Hello post earlier I’ve been looking at threads in other forums. The Viltrox adapter seems to be recommended in a number of posts so that may be the route to go if the Canon adapter remains unavailable.

Welcome Graham and thanks for joining up here. I don't have any experience with the third party adapters I'm afraid, but like you've already found out the Viltrox seems to be a popular second choice.
