How do i include exif data with an image.

I would like to enter an image in the April challenge but do not know how to include the Exif data. My normal way of posting images is to copy the code from my flickr page and post it but that doesn't seem to include the data unless you click on the flickr link. I process images in LR/PS.
Any advice is welcome.
 
Simply upload the image directly to RF Shooters from your computer and the information self populates unless you made a copy of the original image while you were in post processing.
