I have not carried insurance in the past. BAD idea, but I have been fortunate thus far. That said, I will do so starting in the next week.

My questions are:
1. What insurance do YOU carry?
2. Would you change it to something else?
3. What do you believe is crucial criteria to consider in my search?

I'm interested in this I have not ever had insurance either as I assumed my homeowners or travel insurance would cover it.

There are things like business losses and litigation that can go along with it as well as liabilities. Equipment is a portion. I have lots to learn!

Yeah, I guess if you are something like a wedding photographer, you really looking at business insurance vs. camera gear protection. That makes a lot of since.

I do wedding, portrait, and event photography for hire, so it's sensible for me.
