  1. Yes
Using Firmware ver. 2.2.1

I cannot set the camera to ISO 64,000.

ISO speed settings increments is set to 1/3.
L= 50 and H= 102,400

When I scroll through ISO settings it's:

12800
16000
20000
25600
32000
40000
51200

H (102400)

It is showing the 1/3 increments until 51200 and H. Yes, there is the same space but nothing to select.

Solution
I forget that not all cameras can do that. I've gotten used to the extended ISO ranges of the R6m2 and R6m3. The m2 will do 64,000, 80,000, 102,400, and 204,800 and goes down to ISO 50 also.

(Not that I use those extended ranges).
Once outside the 'normal' range of ISO then the setting changes can only be done in whole stops. The same (may) apply to the difference between ISO 50 and ISO 100. That's my interpretation on the manual.
