It spent the weekend trying out the RF 600 f11 lens. I was actually disappointed with the lens (which I will post on later), but I met a lady out horse-riding and managed to grab a couple of shots of her horses' head using the RF600. I was too close (about 25 feet away) to get any more than the head. But as I had no set up time and using a new lens I was quite pleased with the result. 1/1250th @ f11 with 800 ISO. Tweaked the background with gradients in Lightroom to darken it.

Lovely image Brian. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the 600. I've considered picking up the 800 at some point, although adding the 1.4x to my 100-500 would be the cheaper option and probably make more sense.
