The R5 with the 100-500 didn't have too much trouble keeping track of these peregrine falcons, although they were just gliding around here.

Hi Tim. What tracking were you using?
I was using zone here as they are often flying in front of a quarry face and I find it picks them up easier against the background, it finds them faster in the sky as well.
 
Thanks. I did wonder how Animal AF would work but I guess the subject would need to be close enough to lock on to the eyes. I've used it successfully with Squirrels running around.
