I went outside for a bit and caught a few bugs, though they almost got me. I had a wasp fly into my hair and try to burrow. There was a lizard and tarantula but they moved too fast for me. I found the tarantula's hole, so I'll stalk it in a bit and hope I can catch a good picture of it. Here are some pics I got when I stepped outside my house; I was outside for about 10 minutes.

My husband saw a coral snake when he was calling our dogs back into our house a few weeks ago, so needless to say I don't venture out much. I try to keep it from the car into the house, but even then, I've got an injury from a little over a year ago when I was getting out of the truck and there was a snake by the tire, I think it was under the hood and when I moved the truck, it fell by the tire and was slithering out from under the truck.

Fast, sharp, and lightweight! A great lens
This is my main workhorse of a lens and I love it. It's very light weight (only around 2.3 lbs) lens. I've been able to hand-hold it for an event...

A good lens for what it does, with it's drawbacks
I have had this lens since it came out and it is my lightweight go to lens for walking around in the city and using my infrared-converted camera...
