Practicing shallow DOF...

With the EOS R6 mk1 I'm just practicing shallow DOF with my only lens, the RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM. Pictures were taken today from a distance of about 3m/9ft. at 240mm full-zoom and the available F6.3. This is what I could have achieved. Critiques and comments most welcome. TIA

Awesome set of images, Feri. I have an FD 50/1.4 so must give that a try along with all the other stuff I am learning from all you good people on this site.

Those are very good. I have found very good DoF with the 50 1.8 and exceptional, punch above its price performance from the 85 f2 Macro. Amazing lens for $500.
