R6 mark II and in camera depth composition

Playing around with this feature using my RF 85 f/2 and the R6II. First, I learned that if you go too shallow it won’t work. I tried at f/2 and it just wouldn’t composite the image.

So then I did f/4 with 30 images:

• Join to view EXIF data.

After than I tried f/2.8 and 30 images:

• Join to view EXIF data.

Followed by f/2.2:

• Join to view EXIF data.

As is obvious, the same number of images comprised overall image depth because each sliver is that much narrower.

So finally, 90 images at f/2.2. I can see some artifacts in the background blur but overall a pretty decent jpeg for minimal effort:

Is there one that you all prefer?

They all look good.
Nice to know that Mk2 added in-camera focus stacking.
I wonder if you can now focus bracket with flash too? On Mk1 not being able to use flash when bracketing is a huge shortcoming.
