Canon R6 II R6 Mark II: bluetooth or wi-fi?

Just received my R6M2 and never set up any communications before. Any recommendations as to using bluetooth vs wi-fi to my iPhone? I will probably want to view photos and use live view/control camera settings. Can I get GPS info without switching between BT and WF? Any help is appreciated.
