Image stabilizer mode use mode 1 only but a guy said today i should be using 3 for moving subjects.

I shoot Mode 1 unless panning, then mode 2, but often I forget to change it. Mode 1 has never failed me on that focal length. And the image is so much more stable in the VF since in Mode 3 IS doesn't kick in till you hit the shutter.
