Prairie Crocus (anemone patens) When these these little beauties show up I know Spring has officially arrived.

We have not seen those in a few years. There was about a 6 block stretch full of them on the way to the cottage. We sold it a few years ago. My wife loved the shot. Thanks for the memories.
