Is anyone tempted to upgrade their R6 Mark I or Mark II for this new Mark III?

Spec looks like a R5 MKii but with slightly less megapixels.

Except the R5ii has a stacked sensor which the R6iii doesn’t. Probably not as good with rolling shutter (not an issue for some photographers depending on what you shoot).
If it’s the same or even slightly better than the R6II, it’ll still be among the fastest reading non-stacked sensors on the market. Less than 15 milliseconds.

Is that why Canon went with a CFexpress? Improve readout speeds? I think readout is a fixed speed. The card/buffer can be a performance bottle neck? I understand the basics of what things do but not so much the big picture.

At this point I’m a little concerned about the EVF. According to Jan Wegener It’s not a live feed. In ES It shows each frame after you take the shot. Perhaps that uses less resources to assist in reducing rolling shutter. Someone on another site said it is similar to the R5. I can’t remember what the R5 was like. I know my R had terrible frame to frame blackout. This is what I’ll be exploring. I’m happy with everything else .

Slightly interesting. I currently have R5(1) and R3, and neither have pre-buffer feature. I rented R1 earlier this year so I got to experiment the feature and it's quite nice in the end. Quite certain I'll get new body within next ~12-14 months and quite certain it'll have the pre-buffer feature. I'm assuming it comes to:
R1
R3-2
R5-2
R5-3
R6-3

Currently other that pre-buffer feature, I don't see R1 being better than my current R3, and it's not worth the upgrade. But when buying next one, need to figure out which one is best option. Rolling shutter is important too so that needs to be ~R3 level or better.

Not the R5 or R5II and I'll never crop this much for wildlife but the extra 8 mega pickles will help. Cropped down to 1100 on the long side. Applied Adobe Super Resolution which put it at 2200 and exported @1600.
