Camping with an active Labrador Retriever is challenging as she loves to run which is hard in a state park where leashes are the rule. We go out just after sunrise and on Monday I found an open space in the park where I could throw her ball and let her run. We also noticed lots of deer out in the early morning.
So, today I put my R6 MkII in the front passenger seat with the 200-800mm lens on it and drove off to the back of the park. Sure enough, we came upon several groups of deer. I stopped and just put down the window.
They were a bit skittish but stayed in the opening at a safe distance.
