  1. Yes
For the past week I have been unable to post photographs.

About 3/4 or more of upload I receive a: "Parsing Response Failure"

any ideas?

Dean, I personally don't know the answer but a quick check on the net says it could be your firewall is blocking your request. Have you changed internet settings or virus killer or browser lately?

I’m not seeing any server errors which typically means the issue is more likely on your side but not always! Like Kerro mentioned above, this error can be due to firewall or VPN settings if you are using one? Try without if you are using a VPN and I’d also recommend clearing your browser cache as this can sometimes fix this error. I’ve also seen on other forums that hiding your IP in the browser settings can cause this, along with browser extensions. Have you made any software changes around the time this issue started?

No, to VPN/Firewall et cetera.
Yes, to Software: Adobe, Windows, Antivirus and a myriad of others.

Today I double checked Chrome and there was an update and this is the result:

  • Canon EOS R5
  • RF100-500mm F4.5-7.1 L IS USM
  • 500.0 mm
  • ƒ/8
  • 1/1000 sec
  • ISO 800

Of course that doesn't mean anything! Thank you all.

Spoke too soon. It's back. I know it's on my side...somewhere.

Have you tried clearing the cache in Chrome? Do you have another browser installed that you could try? That might help to pin point the issue.

Yes. Now using Edge.

Same error. The file sizes are not overly large either: 4-5 MB. Time to check the Router Firmware.

Hi Dean, you mention yes to Antivirus software. Just a thought as I have had issues in the past upon installing a new AV program. Uninstalling it fixed my problem.

If you email me the image to: forums@rfshooters.com I can also try uploading it just to make sure it's not a forum issue. Are you using the Upload Images button or the Insert Image option in the toolbar?

Insert.
One of the images has indeed been able to post Minimalist Nutria photo, so, I know it's on my end.

There has not been any New programs installed just usual updating of existing programs.
