SOLVED:
It was a telecom issue. I use DSL as FO is not available, yet. I noticed my speeds would drastically change from 16Mb/s to 750Kb/s.
The tech measured from the NID (Demark) and there was a break 61 feet away. Resplice the pair at the pedestal and I'm back at it.
Of course, I kept thinking Adobe CC is hogging all the bandwidth!

The internet is pretty slow where we are so I'm using Starlink which has worked great over the last year. I just ran a speed test and I'm getting 248.6 Mbps down and 14 Mbps up. It can vary quite a bit though.
