Noisy 8K Raw footage...
When I shoot in 8K raw, the footage is noticeably noisier than in 8K ALL-I, or IPB modes. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there something about processing raw files I don't know? Thanks!

RAW means unprocessed. Meaning the camera is not doing any internal processing (including noise reduction) on the footage. It's just straight sensor data. This is par for the course for any RAW footage. The point of shooting in RAW is you get to choose how everything gets handled in post production.
