The R7, R10 and two new RF-S lenses have now been officially announced.

R7 Key Specs:
  • 32.5MP APS-C CMOS sensor with Dual Pixel AF
  • Up to 30 fps shooting (e-shutter), 15 fps with mechanical
  • In-body image stabilization, rated at up to 7 stops
  • Oversampled UHD 4K up to 30p, line-skipped or cropped 4K/60p
  • 10-bit video as 'PQ' true HDR footage or C-Log
  • 2.36M dot OLED viewfinder
  • 1.62M dot fully-articulating touchscreen
  • Twin UHS-II SD card slot
  • Environmental sealing
  • Mic and headphone sockets
The EOS R7 will be available for a list price of $1499 body-only, or $1899 with the new 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM zoom lens.




R10 Key Specs:
  • 24MP APS-C CMOS sensor with Dual Pixel AF
  • Up to 23fps shooting (15 with mech shutter)
  • Oversampled 4K up to 30p, 4K/60p with crop
  • True HDR video as 10-bit 'PQ' footage
  • 2.36M dot OLED viewfinder
  • 1.04M dot fully-articulating rear touchscreen
  • Single UHS-II SD slot
  • Built-in pop-up flash
The EOS R10 will be available, body-only, for a recommended selling price of $979. Kit options include a bundle with the compact, collapsible 18-45mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM for $1099 or with the 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM for around $1379.

I have had a eos-m for some time (EOS-m3, EOS m5 and an EOS m50. I sold the M50 as it was a downgrade from the M5 (for me). I would go for the R10 but for the "missing" dial as shown in DPreview, and I cannot see myself spending 1500 US on a camera that could be used against a nice 85 mm rf lens. Then again I have everything I need in the M5.
