As we know today's the day where the $9.99 a month plan is no longer available for new customers. I see it is on sale for the first 6 months.
As stated earlier the Lr only 1TB plan that was also $9.99 a month is now $11.99 a month. However as expected Adobe did add LrC to that plan. So for any new customers that aren't interested in PS they can still get pretty good pricing. Still comes with Portfolio, etc.
