Can anyone recommend a Canon flash trigger that is compatible with my R3 and the EL-5 Speedlight?

Your R3 can connect wirelessly to an EL-5 Speedlight and control the Speedlight. You can also use the Canon Camera Connect App and control everything wirelessly using your smartphone. Is there some functionality that you need more than Canon already provided? If so, more information will help us to help you.
