No, I have not broken my R5 already 🙂.
Timothy. I know this is strickly an R series forum. Please delete if inappropriate or maybe create a new category for "Repairs".

I do like a bargain. I've bought dead or near dead cameras before and got them working. A lot of the time dead or errors are minor mechanical things.

I've just bought a Canon M100 for £26 on ebay. Its dead but looks in very good condition. If I cannot fix it I'm not bothered, at £26 is not a big deal, it just goes back on ebay.

For these projects its not financially viable to us a professional. Do any of you know of a good amateur repaier in the UK? Just for the times where it's worth the extra effort.
