I need help in trying to work out what setting has affected my Histogram display
There is a grey band shown to the right side of the view wjich means the actual histogram is only shown in the left side (see picture attached)
I have previously saved a custom setting and when selected, this does not display this band and shows the histogram correctly
All ideas welcome as to what I have done to get this view?

Do you see the same histogram when viewed in software? Open the image in Canon's own software, or PhotoShop, or GIMP, what ever your program is that has histogram displays, see if you get the same blank areas.

Is the display typical, can you reproduce it or is it random or just this once?

Has the picture got clipped? I'm guessing now, you have a slow card and the image info was not completely recorded before the next shot fired.

I don't ever seeing that phenomena before. It could be a display malfunction, damaged file, card error or 🤔
