I got my first DSLR, a Rebel T7, 3 yrs ago and became obsessed with photographing backyard birds. I progressed to a 90D and have been wanting to try out mirrorless ever since the crop sensor R7 came out but couldn't justify the expense. As soon as I found out about the more affordable R50 I bought it right away. I'm shooting it with the adaptor and an EF-S 55-250. I don't mind the camera being so tiny as I have worn out shoulders and prefer a light rig. I'm thinking about getting the RF-S 55-210 lens to make things even lighter. I'm really enjoying the camera and trying to adapt to the animal tracking. This is a whole new world for me. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions as time goes on. Thanks.
