Thank you for welcoming me aboard, i am a life long amateur photographer, who grew up shooting local rugby and progressed to shooting for Australian Go Kart magazines on occasion. My passion is motorsports. I started out with a fully manual New Canon F1 and have progressed to an R5 now. I studied 2 years at college in Fine Art photography after which life caught up with me and I endured many tedious jobs, photography took a back seat. With children I now have a free pass too frequent the local football clubs and shoot as I like. It's really cool having a 300mm F2.8 as no one asks whether I should be there....the big white seems to be my credentials. I hope to add to this forum with knowledge and understanding of how to get the Canon R5 to work really well and simply. I look forward to many productive conversations. Regards Jon.
