Hello all,

Upgraded from a 7D Mark II to the R6 Mark III three days ago. Yet to deploy in anger as adapter for existing EF lenses only arrived yesterday.
An ex-pro who got a “proper” job over 20 years ago.
Digital journey started with the D30. Now eager to get to grips with the huge advancements in digital camera technology and see how they improve my photography, if at all. One thing’s for sure, I will have more sharp images!
Looking forward to learning and sharing with you all.

Hi and welcome to the forum Lee. Ahhh.....the D30. That was my second digital camera and my first DSLR. My first digital camera was the Kodak DC120 in 1998....the good old days. :ROFLMAO:

This is my main workhorse of a lens and I love it. It's very light weight (only around 2.3 lbs) lens. I've been able to hand-hold it for an event...
