Does anyone have any experience with this company or its NAS products?

Good? Bad? Ugly?

My QNAP NAS is getting old and I thought it prudent to replace it before it gaaaks.

Any insights or suggestions would be most appreciated!

I have one, DXP4800 Plus. Really nice machine, though I'm not using supplied ugreen OS.
