Naffing around with intervelometer for upcoming storm season.
Wanna do some time lapses.
So 200 shot lapse with a 1 second shutter speed with 2 second interval, clik 1 second elapses then a further one second elapses shoots again is correct?
A photographer mate said no no the interval happens once shutter is closed so 1 second plus 2 equals 3.
I tested it seems timing is from initial accuation of shutter. So 1 plus 1 equals the 2seconds
Dumb question yeah always a class dunce in every group cheers lads lasses and convertibles
 
The intervalometer timer needs to be longer than the exposure timer.

Look on page 246 (R5 Firmware 2.1.0) Note #4. This implies the interval timer takes into account everything: Exposure as well as writing to the card.
