Thought it might be fun to have an open kingfisher thread. Feel free to share your shots of kingfishers here. I'll start with a couple.

Two very different kingfisher shots. One is a diffuse portrait with pastel shades - an accidental result. The kingfisher landed on the sill of the glass fronted hide. I zoomed out the RF100-400mm to 135mm and stood back and took the shot through a hole in the camo netting. I really like how it came out with my R7. Uncropped. The other is a more common and classic shot taken with my R8 and 600mm RF STM F11.

Beautiful set. I happen to love Kingfishers, partly due to their coloring, but also their behavior.
